The weekly Saturday vigil for peace at 52nd Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard is still going strong and receiving much encouragement from passing motorists.
On Saturday, December 15, 2007, the thirty folks gathered to promote an end to the U.S. occupation of Iraq were joined by Jared Polis, Democrat candidate for his party's nomination to run for the U.S. House of Representatives for Colorado's 2nd district.

The vigil has a regular attendance of between twenty-five and thirty people.
Tony D'Lallo is a constant and steady supporter of the peace vigil.
Tony is seeking the Green Party's nomination for Colorado state house, district 34.
